DeltaPoint was the big winner at Angel Oregon yesterday. With a non-invasive cancer detection technology, DeltaPoint won over investors and walked away with more than $170,000. They touted the technology’s ability detect cancer earlier and more accurately, leading to fewer biopsies and false positives, and identifying cancers that are currently missed, leading to saved lives.  Once the technology is approved, they plan to first roll it out for breast cancer detection followed by other cancers.

The seed stage winner, Enjoy Life LLC, will use their $25,000, prize to launch a new line of sangrias, Divine Sangria, using the founder’s 150-year-old family recipe. We may see it soon on store shelves around town.
