Spots are limited. Register today for these upcoming legal seminars with our partners Swider Medeiros Haver LLP and MercyCorps NW.

Every organization has intellectual property in some form. Social enterprises are no different.  In fact, in some cases the social mission of an organization depends upon the ability of the social enterprise to develop, acquire, protect or license intellectual property rights.  The key to protecting this valuable asset begins with understanding what types of intellectual property a company may have, what specific rights are involved, and what actions need to be taken to protect those rights.

As part of their continuing series of legal education seminars Swider Medeiros Haver LLP and Portland State University’s Social Innovation Incubator in conjunction with MercyCorps NW are pleased to announce the next series of legal education seminars. http://www.mercycorpsnw.org/what-we-do/seminars/
