Want a shot at making $2000 in less than 1 minute?
Register for the PSU Elevator Pitch Competition!
An elevator pitch can make a powerful first impression and win you some seed funding! It is said that the average person’s attention span is just 30 seconds before the mind starts wandering. Do you have what it takes to get your point across in 45 seconds or fewer?
Find out at Portland State’s Elevator Pitch Competition on Friday, October 22 from 1:30pm – 5pm at the Portland State Business Accelerator. Three cash prizes will be awarded for $2000, $1000 or $500 and each winner will receive expert mentoring for 9 months! Don’t let this opportunity pass you by.
The Second Annual PSU Elevator Pitch Competition will allow you to present an idea that you plan to bring to the marketplace–for example by founding a start-up, licensing it to an established firm, or developing a new business within an established firm. Both for -profit and not-for-profit concepts are encouraged.
The top three ideas will receive cash prizes ($2,000, $1,000 and $500) to help reach the market, as well as qualify for launch mentoring for 9 months by leading business professionals in Oregon.
