A: Pragmatic, nuts and bolts business planning.

Last Friday, Professor Brenda Eichelberger led a group of aspiring social entrepreneurs in the Social Innovation Incubator’s inaugural Fast Pitch Business Planning Workshop.

A required component of our Circuit Incubation Program, the 2-hour workshop addressed hard-nosed business planning fundamentals and their importance to delivering on the social venture’s mission. Hitting all the bases (mission, management, marketing, accounting/financing) prepared participants to pitch their ideas.
