Job Description

This position contributes to Education Northwest by supporting, identifying, coordinating, and providing services to nonprofits engaged in the Corporation for National and Community Service’s Social Innovation Fund (SIF) grant program. The Senior Advisor works closely with grantee organizations to support their capacity building efforts by assessing needs, identifying resources, delivering technical assistance, and supporting the development of a community of practice among issue area groups. This position is responsible for providing direction for training and technical assistance activities and working closely with researchers to capture successful evidence-based practices and models.

This position is housed in Portland, Oregon.


$53,303 – $91,287 per year based on experience, plus a benefits package that includes vacation, generous employer paid retirement, medical, dental, life insurance, transportation benefit, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
